These terms apply to use of Ahlanet and purchases made directly through this website. Read them with the selected plan's description, privacy policy and refund policy before ordering. The specific features confirmed for your order form part of the purchase; mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
Account and eligibility
Provide accurate account and order information and keep your contact email current. You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase, or the authorisation of a legally responsible adult where the law permits it. Keep sign-in details confidential and report suspected misuse. Account security checks must not be used to remove rights you have under applicable law.
What you are purchasing
An eSIM is a digital profile installed on a compatible device. Ahlanet sells prepaid connectivity supplied through service providers and network operators. An internet-only plan does not include ordinary mobile calls or SMS. Minutes, messages, a telephone number, hotspot access or top-ups are included only when expressly stated for the selected plan. Do not rely on a travel data plan as your only way to reach emergency services.
Check your device and destination
Before paying, check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are not locked to another carrier. Installation requires a suitable internet connection. Review the plan's actual country list: a continent category, country image or flag is a navigation aid and does not expand that plan's coverage. Device guidance helps you check compatibility but cannot guarantee every model or software configuration.
Prices, currency and payment
Review the final order total, payment currency, discounts and any displayed taxes before confirming payment. Currency conversions shown by the website may differ from your bank's conversion or fees. Purchases are prepaid; the current purchase flow does not create a recurring subscription. A later top-up or new plan requires a separate purchase. We do not change the confirmed price of a completed order because a later catalogue price changes.
Delivery and order confirmation
Delivery begins after payment is verified. Your account shows the order status and, once issued, the installation information. A payment receipt alone does not mean the eSIM is ready: processing or provider checks may still be in progress. If payment succeeded but delivery fails or takes unusually long, contact support with the order reference so we can resolve the issue or apply the refund policy.
Installation, activation and validity
Installing the eSIM and starting the plan's validity are different events. Where a plan states “upon first network connection”, its usage period begins with the first qualifying connection to a supported network. An expressly stated different activation rule, such as activation on installation, applies to that plan. Review any activation deadline. Validity normally continues once started, even while you are offline; switching off the eSIM does not pause it unless the offer expressly says so.
Data allowance and service limits
A fixed allowance ends when used up or when validity expires, whichever happens first. “Unlimited” does not necessarily mean an unrestricted speed or unlimited hotspot use: any disclosed fair-use conditions still apply. Background updates and connected devices can consume data. Provider usage reports may be delayed. Top-ups are available only for eligible eSIMs and have their own allowance, timing and validity conditions.
Keep installation details private
Treat the QR code and manual installation credentials like access keys. Do not publish or share them. Some profiles can only be installed once or on one device; deleting a working eSIM or changing devices may prevent reuse. Contact support before deletion, transfer or a factory reset if you still need the plan. Replacement is subject to technical availability and your applicable rights.
Network performance and assistance
Actual coverage and speed depend on local networks, location, buildings, congestion, device capability and maintenance. A listed network generation does not guarantee that speed everywhere. Follow the supplied roaming and APN instructions where relevant. Charges from your primary SIM remain subject to its operator's terms. Service limitations do not remove our responsibility to address a faulty or incorrectly supplied purchase under applicable law.
Responsible use and intellectual property
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access, malicious traffic or interference with other users or networks. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, including restricting access where necessary, and explain the reason where lawful and safe. Website content, branding and software belong to their respective owners; ordinary personal use does not grant a right to resell or commercially reproduce them.
Refunds, complaints and your rights
The refund policy explains how we review delivery failures, technical issues, mistaken purchases and billing problems. Contact us first if practical so we can investigate, but doing so is not a condition for exercising mandatory legal rights. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, imposes a compulsory foreign court, or removes access to a competent court, regulator or lawful payment-dispute process.
Changes to these terms
The version and plan information provided when you order govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Later updates apply to future use or purchases as stated; they do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to a completed order. We give appropriate notice of material changes affecting an ongoing service. Keep your order confirmation and contact us if any term is unclear.
