What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM installed on a compatible device. It lets you add a mobile data plan without inserting a physical SIM card.
When does validity start?
Activation conditions vary by plan. Review the plan details before purchase: validity may start on installation or the first supported network connection.
Can I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?
You can normally keep your primary SIM and WhatsApp account. Select the travel eSIM for data and check your primary carrier's roaming settings and charges.
Can I reinstall an eSIM?
Some activation codes are single-use. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support confirms it is safe to do so.
