Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Follow the on-screen instructions. Menu labels may vary by iOS version.
Installation guide
Prepare your connection before travelling. Check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked, then review your package instructions and validity start conditions. Install using an available method in your account and a internet connection. Configure mobile data and roaming as instructed, and keep the eSIM installed for future use.
Samsung Galaxy
Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Scan the QR code or enter the activation details manually.
Google Pixel
Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM. Choose eSIM setup and follow the device instructions.
Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support advises you to do so.
